Common problems
The water doesn’t come out:
1、Check whether the water supply;2、Check whether the water value closed;3、Check whether the water filter clogging
The machine does not work:
1、Check the power plug is plugged in;2、Check the power indicator light bright;3、People do not sit on the toilet seat;4、The seat sensor without induction to the human body, clean body implement won't work
The toilet has leakage phenomenon:
1、If the water inlet position leaking ,please reinstall the tighten,or replace the water hose;2、If itis inside the machine or nozzle leaks,please contact customer service
The water pressure of the toilet bacomes weak:
1.Check the pressure indicator is at the lowest end of life;2.Check whether the water fitter blocked for too long
Toilet’s heated/seat/dryer not hot:
1.Check warm/seat heating temperature is set in the file;2.Check the drying temperature is located in the heating profile
Nozzle is not sticking out:
People do not sit on the toilet seat or sit in the seat position sensor,the sensor do not sense the human race,the cleaner will not work.
Cleaning the water temperature is not hot:
Check whether the temperature in the heating;the tank type machine,need to wait for 1 minute after heat up the water of the tank after someone used.
Toilet drying function do not work:
People do not sit on the toilet seat,the sensor do not sense the human race,the cleaner will not work.
Toilet shaking:
Check the mounting nut is loose
Maintenance method:
Wipe the product with a soft cloth.Use neural detergent to clean,strong or corrsive cleaning agents will damage the surface of product.First put the right amount of water in the toilet, take the toilet brush to wash the toilet,then pour 5-10ml of detergent or hydrochloric acid.After uniform coating with a brush, scrub. If the dirt heavier can pour a little detergent then soaking Scrub.Finally rinse with water,the toilet becomes white! In addition, the home empty for a long time, please cut off toilet‘s power supply.
Toilet maintenance items:
1.To maintain the toilet’s surface gloss,please wipe it with a soft cloth,use neutral detergent to wipe when necessary.If well maintained,it will not lose its perfect shine.
Attention: do not use scouring powder, abrasive powder and coarse powder containing detergent, diluents, pH strong detergent and a nylon brush and so easy to scratch the surface of the tool.

5.Filter is strainer,with it can ensure tothe cleaning process used to clean and sanitary water,if the cleaning waterpotentials is not strong or prolonged use of dirt desposited on thefilter.First turn off the water valve,then use special tools to unscrew thefilter.And then use a toothbrush or a small brush to clean the dirt on thefilter and rinse with clean water.
6.The maintenance of the air suction port:deodorant inspiratory mouth with dust,paper scraps and other adsorption,inhaled air flow will be reduced,you can use toothbrush brush divide.
7.Spout:press the “nozzle cleaning”button,arround the spout has the water overflow,used for spout cleaning.Pull out of the shower and hold with the hand to clean the spout and the pipe hand. Can use soft cloth with water to clean.Finally,press the stop button to stop water.
